Leave "How many" at 1 for a single meeting. For "every Tuesday and Thursday" run this twice — once from the first Tuesday, once from the first Thursday.
A pro must already have a MyCourtPro coach account. A manager or front-desk person who hasn't signed up yet gets a pending invite that activates when they create a Club account with this email.
Paste rows from a spreadsheet (CSV or tab-separated). A header row is optional — recognised columns: first_name, last_name, email, phone, member_number, status. Members are matched on member number, then email; existing rows are updated, not duplicated.
Bring your standing weekly schedule over. One row per slot — CSV or tab-separated, header optional. Columns: coach, members, day, time, duration_min, weeks, court, sport, price. members takes several names / member numbers separated by ; (1 → private, 2–3 → semi-private, 4+ → group). Import the roster first so members resolve.
Set the days and times you're available for lessons. Players can only book within these windows.
Enter the player's email address. They must already have a MyCourtPro account.
Share your personal invite link. Anyone who signs up via this link is automatically added to your roster.
Bring in your past lessons only — nothing books forward, nothing charges a card, and the club's other coaches and members are never touched.
Paste a booking or revenue report exported from CourtReserve, ClubEssential, or any spreadsheet. Recognised columns (any order, any casing): Date, Time (or one combined Date/Time), Instructor / Pro / Coach, Member / Player / Customer, Price / Fee / Amount, Duration.
If your old platform only offers a personal calendar sync, export or download that as an .ics file and upload it here. Calendar files carry the date, time, and title of each lesson but essentially never the price — you can apply one flat estimate below, or leave it and log real amounts later.
